So what? Not a big deal. These banks are payment hubs that support "every" network. They provide access to what their customer's want. If a small corporate wants to use SWIFT to move money from x to y, these banks give them options (some of which are self service). 2. Singapore's MAS PARTNERS INDUSTRY TO DEVELOP SAFEGUARDS FOR AI AGENTS IN FINANCE

MAS partnered with financial institutions and FinTechs to develop AI agent safeguards framework (SAFR) Framework provides governance checkpoints to verify AI agent actions before execution

So what? Singapore's MAS is moving proactively on AI agent risk management before widespread financial deployment—the SAFR framework focuses on runtime safeguards (checking agent behavior mid-execution) rather than pre-approval, which is the right lens for autonomous financial tasks. → Source: Singapore.Gov

3. SOLANA MOVES $650B IN STABLECOINS ONCHAIN IN ONE MONTH, SURPASSING ETHEREUM

Solana's stablecoin volume exceeding Ethereum signals a shift in where institutions are settling digital assets; BlackRock's presence (BUIDL fund) + Citigroup's trade finance experiments suggest institutional infrastructure maturation on Solana.
